June 1, 2018 - Caracas, Miranda, Venezuela - General view of the Helicoide Jail in Caracas..The Government of Venezuela grants precautionary measures to political prisoners who were detained at the headquarters of the Bolivarian Intelligence Service (SEBIN). 39 political prisoners were released with precautionary measures by the government of Nicolas Maduro.
