EEUU contempla la designación de los dos cárteles más grandes de Brasil como organizaciones terroristas

April 16, 2021, Sao Paulo, SP, Brazil: VINICIUS HENRIQUE SILVA DE OLIVEIRA, one of the main and most dangerous members of the First Capital Command (Primeiro Comando da Capital ??? PCC), one of the main Brazilian criminal organizations operating throughout Latin America, was arrested by the special division of Sao Paulo police that fights crime organized, acronym CERCO. With the nickname ''Coveiro'' (gravedigger), according to police authorities, VINICIUS orders the killing of agents of public security forces who are captured by the organization. In addition, he was one of the men who handled the illegal sale of firearms for the exclusive use of the armed forces. Two pistols (one owned by the SALo Paulo police) and an American .556 rifle were found with him during the arrest.
