La CIDH condena el uso excesivo de la fuerza en Imbabura y pide al Estado que lo investigue y sancione

Despite this, hundreds of people managed to advance on foot along alternative routes until they reached the park, resisting constant repression. The use of tear gas did not stop at any point during the march.
