ZAGREB, March 12, 2022 -- Police conduct an investigation in cooperation with military police after an unidentified military drone crashed in the area of Jaraun, Zagreb on March 10, 2022. An unmanned drone that crashed in the Jarun area of southwest Zagreb late Thursday is of military design and Russian-made, Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic said on Friday.

Friday that the drone had entered Croatian air space from Hungary.
On the ground it caused a large crater and two parachutes were found in a wooded area. Some cars at the scene were damaged. The police have cordoned off the area and are conducting an investigation.
