Armored Brigade 45 conducts combat exercise in Lithuania

10 June 2026, Lithuania, Pabrade: Bundeswehr soldiers observe a Parrot reconnaissance drone during the large-scale exercise "Freedom Shield 2026," conducted by the newly formed 45th Armored Brigade. The exercise series marks the first brigade-level combat exercise for the formation and its subordinate combat units.
