50th anniversary of the military coup in Argentina

24 March 2026, Argentina, Buenos Aires: Members of the Argentine Community Theater (Teatro Comunitario) take part in a rally marking the 50th anniversary of the coup d'état in Argentina. During the ruling of the military junta from 1976 to 1983, numerous human rights violations were committed in Argentina. According to estimates by human rights organizations, up to 30,000 government opponents, left-wing leer más activists, trade unionists, and students disappeared during that time and in many cases, their fate remain unclear.
