A Taste of Gaza in Cairo

16 January 2026, Egypt, Cairo: Wafaa Naji, a Palestinian refugee and mother of three, hands an order to a delivery man outside her apartment in New Cairo. Naji, 33, fled Gaza with her children and brother after the outbreak of war and now runs a small home-based food project, "Gaza on the Nile", bringing the flavors of Gaza to Cairo by relying on social media to reach customers from the Gazan community leer más in Egypt.
