CEBU, Nov. 6, 2025  -- An aerial drone photo taken on Nov. 6, 2025 shows a site devastated by the Typhoon Kalmaegi in Cebu Province, the Philippines. Philippine President Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos declared a state of national calamity due to the impact of Typhoon Kalmaegi and in anticipation of an upcoming typhoon, local media reported Thursday.
