Gilman fire erupts in San Diego

23 January 2025, US, San Diego: Firefighters battle with the fire at the scene. The Gilman Fire began at the La Jolla community of San Diego on 23 January burning approximately three acres of land. The San Diego Fire Department, along with assistance from neighboring city fire departments, responded swiftly and managed to control the wildfire within an hour. As a precaution, an evacuation order was leer más issued, and the San Diego Police Department temporarily shut down Gilman Drive to ensure public safety.
