18 October 2021, Bolivia, Cochabamba: An electric car made by Quantum, Bolivia's first electric mobility company, is seen charging. The company launched its first e-car in 2019 - and has since sold 350 electric cars. Their designs cost an average of US$7,000. The batteries are imported from China, though the company has set itself the goal of using batteries made in Bolivia starting in 2022, according to the spokesperson.
